Trish Hughes
Trish specialises in fine art embroidery and paper textiles.
Trish attained her BA Hons degree in Textiles specialising in embroidery at Loughborough College of Art and Design.
Her work is an eclectic mix of mediums – fabric, paper, gold leaf – which are layered and then fused together with hand and machine stitch. In some instances, these precious embroideries are encased within layers of handmade paper creating very ethereal compositions.
